Each apartment has a regional theme and is furnished accordingly. In the living-dining area is a fully equipped kitchen incl. a starter parquet with basic equipment (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee capsules, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing sponge, dishwashing tabs, dish towels, soap, kitchen roll, toilet paper). For our younger guests we have provided enough toys for children. In the comfortably furnished bedrooms we also offer a "fall-out protection" for children. Furthermore, we provide a cot incl. bed linen, a high chair and a changing mat free of charge on request. Chilling is announced on the cozy balcony with barbecue facilities. During the stay there are 2 free parking spaces available. In summer you can store your (e-)bike (+charging station) in the lockable cellar department and in winter this serves for skis also a ski boot dryer is available.
This holiday flat is located in the annexe of Villa Salzweg.

Cancellation
- In the event of a cancellation, the up-to-date version of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply
Payment
- Upon making a reservation, we charge a deposit of 30% of the total cost, and we ask you to transfer this within 14 working days. The remaining travel price until 1 day before arrival. If necessary, the money will be refunded or the arrival time will be postponed.
